What started out as a fairly normal cold, turned into one of humanity’s greatest pandemic – Covid 19. Due to this, the world was forced to look through another window.

As we slowly adjusted to this new world, people started to anticipate the good that could come out of this, some were students, with hopes of continuing their academic pursuits.

Prior to the ongoing Covid -19 pandemic, students used to love doing sports and physical activities. A student from 7th grade stated “I used to have football practice every other day, I would really like to start playing again, with necessary precautions of course” This is one of the many things that students look forward to, not only with football, but other sports and activities are in need of resuming as well.

Secondly, the euphoric feeling of being back in school and being reunited with our friends is something that is hard to overlook. I believe that many students look forward to the blissful memories that one cannot forget when school was functioning in normal
conditions. A student from 4th grade said “I can’t wait to tell my friend all about this new show I’ve started watching, I bet she’ll love it!”

Let us all hold onto hope, and express our enthusiasm, perhaps that’ll lift some of the heavy gloom that goes by the name of
fear.

Lastly, though it’s been quite an uneasy time, students are marching on with heads held high, and with great anticipation. I truly believe that there is a bright future up ahead, and that we should all do our best to think positive and pray that everything’s going to be normal once again.
